All online quotations and initial estimates provided by ASB Flooring are subject to on-site substrate assessment and physical measurement verification. Moisture testing and structural subfloor conditions may affect final scope and pricing.
Proper adhesion and durability require adherence to New Zealand flooring standards (NZS 3604, BRANZ guidelines, and manufacturer instructions). Where existing moisture or structural movement is detected, recommended preparation steps must be carried out to validate product warranties.
All tax invoices are issued in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are due in accordance with the terms stated on the individual invoice via direct bank deposit to ASB Flooring.
